Confused and angry salesforce with pod restructure\
Redundant overlapping customer functions yet customers left hanging with poor support and service, many so caleld Customer Success people treating Omnicell as a side gig with full time job somewhere else or running their own business
Rudderless and leaderless engineering teams with confused hire and fire India strategy, bloated HR department busy with exotic offsites and extended vacations while acting busy (what a joke HR person running India engineering operations)
Promotions based on who you know and DEI than your performance.
QA and legal departments full of toxic DEI hires building their own castle in the sand.
New COO firing even before understanding the org. Lost all credibility already by hiring friends from medtronics. Nepotism anyone?
