Pat - your strategy DID NOT WORK
Time for someone else to give it a try.
Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
And yes… you’re wayyyy out.

Pat was the worst. His legacy will be that through his leadership and business decisions he ruined one of the most prestigious top American brands. Not to mention all the lives he is ruined and altered.

Pat was a total failure. He hired Ann to manage TD, this is a disaster. Ann hired Aziz Safa to manage TD automation, this is a joke and complete disaster. Aziz fired unskilled and cheating Global Foundry into his staff, this is a total failure and disaster.

"Please use the doll to show us how Pat hurt you."

He squeezed and pinched and pulled my neck.

Pat - why are you here? You have ruined 20K families, ki-led the most iconic company called Intel. You had your golden parachute. Now, please leave Intel permanently. How many times you need to fired? Please have some self respect.

Pat was the best CEO and his firing will go down as a massive mistake from the undereducated BoD.

Pat probably hired too many women. I would have been OK with all of that if he had also quoted some verses from the Talmud.

Pat brought back a number of past managers, who did not get the memo that the company was resource constrained.

For example, Keavan refused to even consider cost while trying to build his IFS empire.

So 20k were hired in 2022 then 15k were terminated in 2024. And Ohio got mothballed.

I liked the idea of getting competitive on technology and products, but the day when Intel could flame through billions is long gone.

Hard to build IDM 2.0 with IDM 1.0 managers infecting the entire C-Suite.

Dude - someone is trolling him. hahahaha

"Oh, this is rich. Pat’s still out here trying to galaxy-brain his way into relevance. Pat, buddy, you literally got fired (twice) for this mindset. Maybe sit this one out and let the new CEO build something that doesn’t crash and burn. LBT is basically saying, "Hey, maybe if we don't compete directly with our foundry customers, they'll actually trust us to make their chips." And Pat’s response? "Nah, competition is totally fine, just look at Samsung and Qualcomm!"—conveniently ignoring that (1) Samsung is way ahead in foundry, and (2) Intel is not Samsung. Also, “Intel is a threat only for AMD”—really, Pat? That’s like saying “I only lost one chess piece” when your whole board is on fire. He’s out here pretending like Intel isn’t desperately trying (and failing) to catch up to NVIDIA in AI because he went all in on fabs when there were no whales or even minnows of customers. How are they liking you in Ohio now?"

There seems to be no comments from Pat in this video. Just by the LBT talk, he seems to be a low-key down to earth type of guy.

The only known cure for PDS (Pat Derangement Syndrome) is to pray for more Pat.

So for those wondering about "split or no-split" of manufactuirng & design, if LBT follows through on the views he expressed in this talk, then the answer is clear: Split !

Pat's shenanigans were cheeky and fun, while Lip-Bu shenanigans are cruel and tragic.
