What happens to RSUs when you leave a company? Can I keep them, or do I need to sell them before I leave?

Are people able to post questions but not able to ask google or chatgpt?
They are worthless if unvested. Any vested RSU are converted to actual Dell shares on the vesting date and can be retained or sold whenever thereafter.
