I recently received my last severance check and my bonus(~6%) net, so it’s with mixed emotions that I’m signing off after more than 25 years. Leaving is never easy, especially when it feels like the place and the people have been a part of my journey in ways I’ll always carry with me forever. I know the company has been going through challenging times lately, and I want to acknowledge that it hasn’t been easy for any of us. These mental struggles have impacted all of us in different ways, and I want you to know that I see, hear, and feel the weight we’ve all been carrying. I will always be rooting for the success of all of you.

Congrats on the severance and bonus. I did 15+ years and while I got a small severance relative to my tenure, they denied me my bonus at the time of my departure. Real sl--eballs all around. I was in a client facing role and made them countless millions.
