If you don't drink the Kool aid you are automatically blacklisted and become the trouble maker. Seen it happen to many times. It doesn't matter how hard you work when regional comes for there walk and in the rally they say they are here to help we want to here what you have to say. I dare anyone to speak reality! What about the fake anonymous surveys!
That may be that people shop online but the people in stores still make a mess and we need people willing and available to clean it!! On top of it merchandise a truck to a high standard line experts and execute price changes quickly and accurately. This whole thing is bonkers. And with the high turnover in the mix, it will take years for us to see the results expected. It is so stressful! Everyone is burned out already and it’s barely the first week of November. It’s just nuts…
Shopping habits have changed. More consumers are flocking online to buy. Many customers prefer speedy checkout versus help on the sales floor. When was the last time you were proactively helped on the sales floor at a competitor?? Macy’s is on par with the competition. More online buying = less sales staff
because the " managers " drink the kool laid and no one has a back bone to speak up to corporates clowns that its doesn't work
We're how long in it now? And it's only worse day by day, add the BS with the hours and just look how smoothly it's running! /s
