I heard in some regions DSNP is taken from navi/HC and going through just Optum. Anyone know anything?

Ohhhh… ya know I was just thinking today that I have seen way less DSNP cases in the queue… anyone else?!
What about OTH? Also under ECS?
CTP is no longer under Home and Community and is now housed under ECS
