peeps, bad day. Got fu---d 50% IBP and 0 raise. Anything to do? planned for bonus, shafted. Any Legal route, or just su-k it?

Life lesson learned. Bonuses are not guaranteed. You should never base your budget or spending based on the anticipation of receiving a bonus. One of those "don't count your chickens until they are hatched" things. Su-ks; but it's part of corporate life.

If your manager does not like you, that is what you get. All depends on your manager. He must have gave your raise money to one of his pets. It is all about playing favorites at Dell.

Prob should've rto'd for 5 days per week, 8 hrs per day, 40 hrs per week.
Mother Dell sets the rules abide and be rewarded.
Years of working part time from home (aka doing personal business on company time) has caught up with you.
