Zero raise is the sign: wfr
Time to update resume, losers like you don't belong here
If it makes you feel any better I got 100% personal, 5% raise and 20% RSU
Life lesson learned. Bonuses are not guaranteed. You should never base your budget or spending based on the anticipation of receiving a bonus. One of those "don't count your chickens until they are hatched" things. Su-ks; but it's part of corporate life.
Yikes. Expect to be on "the list" next
They are really hammering down on personal modifiers for cost savings.
Quiet quit even harder and wait for your ticket out.
Your job is now to find another job. You’re likely in the next round of layoffs. There’s no fixing that
Sounds like MSD and JC are trying to recoup some of the money that you stole from them while "working" from home.
If your manager does not like you, that is what you get. All depends on your manager. He must have gave your raise money to one of his pets. It is all about playing favorites at Dell.

were you remote? hybrid? did you not meet the three days a week mandate. Hard to tell without all the facts.
Prob should've rto'd for 5 days per week, 8 hrs per day, 40 hrs per week.
Mother Dell sets the rules abide and be rewarded.
Years of working part time from home (aka doing personal business on company time) has caught up with you.
You must su-k at your job
I got 65% last year and 0% Raise. 2 months later WFR.
