I love the DEI and d-mb white guy leadership team. Worst of the worst
If these tariffs actually go on throughout the year, do you think companies will be spending $$$ on expensive RA hardware and software? RA is sc--wed.
Thanks to Tariffs Canada and Mexico plants will be far less globally competitive. I have resigned from Cambridge plant 1.5 weeks ago. My role may not be backfilled. I was not asked to train anyone.
Feels like the canadian management/leadership teams gave up.
I've heard from a few higher-ups during lunch that we're moving most of the Mexico plant builds to another one overseas (I forget where, Singapore maybe?)
Also there was an EPOCH post about raising prices.
No official word on layoffs, but I can only assume they'll happen.
Replying to @m4+1jpb14ftd, if you've read through the past messages and still want to join RA, just remember you have only yourself to blame when regret sets in. Also, make sure to ask for more than they offer, RA needs you more than you need them and it may be a few years of below average raises and don't count on a bonus.
When did it start going down hill at Rockwell? And who or what caused it. I’m thinking about joining the company.
Replying to @ey+1jpb14ftd: so, basically the same as the last 2-3+ years? Got it
Non US plants will be far less globally competitive. Non US currencies will be devalued. No wage increases. No bonuses. All time low morale and engagement.
No prob for us
