If you think your colleagues are the problem, you’re too far gone already. This isn’t about the person sitting next to you helping you out. This is about the clowns sitting in a closed door office making decisions that sc--w us and our colleagues just so Frank and his buddies can get rich by overextending us.
Enough of the 110% for Fiserv, how about showing 1% to your employees who are owners as well. It goes borh ways.
I’m so sick of hearing record profits when I’m working 65 hours a week because they laid off people on the team.
I will give the very bare minimum, clock watch, take the full extent of my breaks, not come in early, not stay late, no weekends or after hours. Email has been removed from my phone.
The only way to stop this is for the place to fall down around us. They’re certainly managing the group as though that’s what they want.
Start saying no to these mo--ns. Stop bending over backwards for leaders who don’t know how to lead.
