I recall a doc saying it was 30 days after leaving you get your last paycheck on anything that has shipped etc during that time. I think this is in the Comp plan doc...can anyone confirm? And any experience if this is a check in the mail or direct deposit?

Once you leave the 30 day clock starts ticking.
While you may feel you are getting sc--wed, it is fairly consistent across the industry.
30 days is right, anything that revenues in that time you are entitled to commissions for. Anything after you don't get.
I left in December and just received my final commission check. It was direct deposit.
