Thread regarding AFLAC layoffs

Did YOU not come forward?

When the claims of multiple women came to light about the ra-e, se-ual harassment, and se-ual assault in 2018, did YOU stay quiet? Turn your eyes to not see the carnage on the streets? Did YOU have the opportunity to come forward to the media, regulators, and law enforcement to tell what YOU have seen while working for the most ethical company in the world? Wells, thanks to YOUR silence, in August 2018, Katherine Anderson was ra--d. What about if it was YOUR wife, mother, daughter, sister, or aunt? Would you have acted THEN? HOW MANY MORE INNOCENT FAMILIES NEED TO BE DESTROYED????

Why hasn't the author responded to the questions posed on November 8th? Are they not paying attention, or ignoring what they seemed very concerned about in this publication? How can the author claim that field agents from other parts of the United States--or, just the abused agent described in the prior response--should have foreseen incidents at a work conference they weren't invited to and didn't attend, sharing guilt for any as--ult that may have occured with the alleged perpetrator? Is it true that the alleged perpetrator was a W2 employee from WWHQ, as a business development director? Could it be that by the time The Intercept barely reported on the cases being initiated in 2018, making the abused agent(s) aware that they weren't alone in their mistreatment, that Katherine Anderson and her husband had been Aflac agents for a number of years? Since the work conference occurred in August 29–30, 2018, in St. Louis, Missouri. and The Intercept articles were published earlier in the year, could Katherine or her husband have read those articles and made decisions based on the details contained within? Did the journalist from the rather esteemed publication, who was trying to get individual agent stories of their experience at Aflac, fail to offer anonymity when it was requested? Did editorial staff quash that article before it was published, and do they have connections with Aflac executives? Have any Aflac agents, who may have poured their hearts out to the reporter who didn't actually produce an article, suffered retaliation by peers and hierarchy as well as agents provocateur paid to track, stalk and harass? Why have none of the 1,000+ views of this thread resulted in additional comments, including by the author? An inquiring mind wants to know.

Gaslighting? Did you know about, or learn about later, possible nonconsensual po--------y being circulated to destroy an agent's career and subject them to theft as well as ridicule in various instances of daily life? How can you judge this agent for not talking "on the record" to a journalist whose loyalties were uncertain, for an article that at present, doesn't seem to have ever been published? What law enforcement or regulators could be trusted not to be discreetly on the side of the perpetrators, who hid all of their connectedness from most field recruits? Did an attorney write privately that they would help this agent, only to seemingly move on when all the lawsuits hit dead ends? Did the injuries to this agent, whose pleas for assistance went nowhere in getting witnesses to confirm the illegal recording and circulation of a short role-playing session from years prior, secretly help others secure undisclosed financial settlements for themselves? Who can one go to when a lawyer consulted with a decade ago refused to get involved, saying "I don't want to hear about it;" "regulators" appear to be very cozy with the corporate wrongdoers who have them installed in positions of oversight; LEOs sometimes have officers and detectives willing to frame innocents to protect their connections; and those with knowledge of the facts, who could help a wronged individual are bystanders at best, perpetrators at worst? Does stepping into the limelight as an actual victim of work-based criminal activity make sense when one has no legal counsel, witnesses to confirm harassment and theft, and those others who might have been able to help delete their profiles where communication took place, and so many similar cases compete for public attention and resolution? Is this posting supposed to intimidate the smeared, harassed, gang stalked agent from continuing social media reposts critical of financial industry misdeeds? Are you now helping those in Columbus, GA, try to stem the emergence of these questions into the public sphere of discussion, for some reason?
