First Friday back in the office, and by 7:10AM, the parking lot is already full. Glad to see they prioritized bringing us back before figuring out where we'd actually park. But don't worry about our leaders (the decision makers). They get driven to the office and dropped off at the door. Quiet quitting today anyone?

Yet another reminder of how little this leadership team values its employees—while still expecting them to go above and beyond for customers. They've been perched on their high horse for so long that they've completely forgotten that great customer service starts with a strong internal culture.
