Round of layoffs again. There is a round of layoffs happening now. Folks being told they are out of a job beginning March 1 2023.

Worked for BB in professional services some time ago. Not surprised. Most of my colleagues have since either quit or got sacked. I’ll bet the rather sinister management I worked under are somehow still employed even after all this week’s activity.
As the poster said no number will be given, so hard to say how big this is. Highly tenured people blind-sided today with inept management still retaining their position. Lots of tribal knowledge lost. All we've heard the past months is how strong Blackbaud is. No signs at all of this. Very sad.
Had a friend there almost 10 years that was impacted, had no idea it was coming.
Not sure what's going on but they frequently do layoffs so not the best environment.
