I only regret not leaving here earlier. Now I can't wait to find another job and quit because I don't see any future here anymore. It is impossible to even imagine what BH will look like in a few years. Doom and gloom I guess.

Management started tightening the screws at the wrong time. People had alternatives and took them. Lots of people still looking and waiting for the right opportunity, rather than jumping ship. People can only take so much cr-p, some jump up and down and stamp their feet but most just vote with their feet. But rest assured the ones who cause people to look elsewhere will always be protected.

The turnover rate of staff at BH is shocking, & the lack of concern of Senior Management speaks volumes.
The reason why it is never questioned is because the people who should care don't, & if they don't, why should we?

How anybody can suffer working in that place is beyond me. I was glad to get out of the place. Shop staff were great, but most of the management were a joke.
