Malformation is definitely a badly thought out cluster. Who was kept and who was laid off was 100% political.

It really doesn’t make sense to me. I’m not seeing the $1,000,000,000 savings per year as advertised. What I’m seeing is a lot of bitterness and heartache for really not much gain.

Total bs smoke and mirrors…. Were gonna save the company by laying off a handful of admins and people on their way out anyway…. Totally useless

I think it was 95% political. For example, I know somebody who was told their position was being eliminated. Today I was told that this position we soon be filled
