Same, voted against all reappointments!
I wonder if choosing the AGM on Thursday the 17th just before good Friday was intentional hoping lower turnouts?
I voted against all reappointments.
Let's hope that between the greens unhappy and the drill baby drill investors unimpressed by the reset pale goals that at least HL goes and hopefully Murray/Kate/dabbling in the admin pool guy....
Voted against LT and board reappointments. Even if only 20% vote that way it sends a clear message that they are not performing and something needs to change. Hoping Elliott provide their thoughts before end of March.
@jc+1jp9zqmgg, Chevron is only doing layoffs because of recent acquisitions, and Shell was always overstaffed.
This lt and board have overseen multiple rounds of layoffs and worked to protect themselves only. A new team would reshuffle top ranks, but the DOERS would be safe.
Strategically, I think you're one of them trying to convince us we're not safe with anyone else, and I disagree. The company will keep declining with them leading it, which will mean layoffs forever, as they'll never take responsibility.
The current board is resetting strategy and is very particular about job retention in our core areas. If you vote against them, we will likely end up like Chevron and Shell with 20% and 40% workforce reductions across the board with new directors that will want to make their mark by emulating the competition. This may anyway happen, but less risk to your role, just thinking strategically.
Every officer/board member got a no vote from me.
A good reminder and definitely what I’ve done too.
Exactly what I done.
