Promotions to managers who are inefficient

Manager who has 40 associates in his team don't even know how to prepare oncall roaster in GCC got promoted and rewarded. Sick of the organization. They don't even have sense how to efficiently manage team.
Just have fun as company keep promoting these underperformers as performers

The company has to change hands. First, the board makeup is suspicious. To collectively allow a US company to be gutted on purpose is sickening. Second, Cartwright's cartel is mowing him over. WHO'S IN CHARGE?

They reward bootlckers. The thing is, companies that have everyone who doesn’t question anything always leads to disaster. Smart decisions come from being able to speak openly
