Does anyone have a clear picture of what the bonus will be. I saw the quarterly but was not sure what to make of it

I can do math, just was not sure what they said the pay out was going to be.
Seems to me when most were hired they were given a salary and told you would get x amount for a bonus as well. I guess that is not true now, just depends on your relationship with management , strange world we live in these days
Can't do simple math?
Take your individual bonus modifier. It's in workday if you don't remember. Multiply it times your salary. This is your potential bonus pool at 100% funding. Multiply that times 1.10 which will give you the actual potential bonus since the corp modifier is 110%.
This is the maximum you can make. Your manager decides the exact percentage you get. You could get 0-100% of the "potential bonus"
Or just wait until your manager provides your bonus statement/it's updated to workday
Your direct manager calls the shot on if you get a bonus or not.
The final word is at the whim of your manager. If you failed to show enough subservience or failed to perform a task you didn’t know was assigned to you, it can be reduced or withheld
110% and then you're modifier on that.
