It’s the vendor who supplies the refillable canister which is the main issue. Since the license switched vendors, AngelAlien has been a downward spiral YoY.

Contact your BFD and bubble it up.

It looks like Yoda submitted this post LOL. Macys Fragrances did have this at one time although a lot of stores I cover no longer use it. Weird concept and very weird post. Please check your grammar next time.

Someone needs to be processing the empty bottles correctly in order for the store to receive refills

Sounds like a location problem. Ours stays full or gets replenished often.

Do you know how to use “periods” and other punctuations I mean Jesus Christ. It’s like someone having a stroke typed this out.

Perfume is passe.
And so is Macy's.
You'd have to be a fool to either shop or work there.

Well it makes a lot of sense. Macy’s used to have (and possibly still has a few) customers with class that would like to refill their “rechargeable” Angel bottles. L'Oreal, who is now the distributor, probably doesn’t even know (or care) about the unique aspect of this fragrance originally created by House of Mugler and later sold to Clarins. So sad cuz probably, when these customers go into a Macy’s store looking to refill, they get this same ignorant response. And this is happening at Macy’s upper tier stores that used to provide this service to its customers. When you don’t know your a-s from a hole in the ground❗️ Macy’s should know better and it’s “luxury” sister “Bloomingdales” should ensure that Macy’s treats the few “upper-end” customers still remaining accordingly. SHAME on Macy’s & L’Oreal and Tony Spring too. Spend more money on marketing to attract “non-loyal bargain-seeking” customers while losing “replenishment-seeking” loyal customers. Amazon knows better.
