Time to turn things on their head and expose the bad leaders. Go look and see their Team’s away light. Are they green, yellow, red, or “unavailable”. Most you will see have been away all day.

Trust me working 24:7 AM and never disconnecting after hours or on vacation after 20 years does not protect your job any better than the slackers that work 2-3 hours a day max. If you are tentured with a high comp and don’t kiss the ring anymore of the VPs you are at risk. My advise work less live more and don’t ever think you are not at risk at this company. Everyone is there is no loyalty and no leadership that cares about anyone more than themselves.
Hahahaha. The manager that just wrote this last comment definitely stays on yellow because he or she is not working. What a cuck.
Not everyone has a job that ties them to their computer at a desk. The whole point of going into the office was collaboration. People in the field are out in the field. People in IT work late nights and weekends so they flex their time to balance it out. People don't walk around with their laptop all day.
Worry about yourself, stop assuming you know what everyone is or is not doing. Those who are not performing is a discussion between them and their manager.
I never did that as an outside salesperson. And now I was laid off- so I guess they kept the slackers then - yes?
Typical. Maybe it was just my age after all. LOL
Living life and doing emails from their phones on the golf course or by the pool. Known fact that’s what the leaders are doing when not in the office with their teams. The outside sales organization has been doing it for years. Working 20 percent of the time at best. Reps brag about it and managers do even less.
