What’s the update from DB meeting with M2 and below, excluding M1 and tech SLT? Was it to persuade people to take VLP?

It seems there are 3 subgroups of tech that including this one that had this meeting. Very few of the people in PM and agile roles are taking the VLO so they are being encouraged to take it. They need less PMs specially M4 and M3s and they mentioned everything related to transformation office will be cut as in no agile roles will exist in HZO any longer. So as said in the other comment, take the leave or you will have a high risk to go into social plan specially if your position belongs to an agile role blueprint.
As someone else mentioned prior - it looks like PMs and admins and those not linked to revenue based IT activities - are being encouraged to take the volunteer program, or they will be voluntold.
