I keep hearing different numbers from different parts of the org. Ranging from bonuses funded between 30% and 55%. What was the actual number?

The 32.4 is what I was told in my review
MIP was funded at 32.4%. There are other incentive plans other than MIP out there depending on role and business unit, although MIP is most common for corporate employees. Those may have been funded higher or lower.
