Every other leader in Hopkinton always found a way. At Dell figuring out the most basic things are rocket science.

There is a room in Hop that can hold everyone who could attend. (the cafeteria)
Remember most of ISG in Hopkinton are chained to their desks and couldn’t attend in person anyway because every minute is tracked.
I haven’t been invited to any Q&A sessions
There's no room in Hop big enough to support the number of people there...we tried. as a result, there's a bunch of smaller sessions and Q&A going on over next 2 days. You people find anything to complain about. Start with positive intent and the world around you changes vs. everything being negative.

Um… a lot of ISG is in Hopkinton. It’s not virtual for us.
DS is great at complementing the Dell company & at the same time telling everyone you su-k. He points the finger at the company without actually blaming the Executive team for designing things the way they are.
