Is anyone else being singled out by their managers to make the negative detractors disappear by themselves? I’m the only one in my store doing this at the moment, no benefits by the way, can’t open that stupid fu--ing prepaid card so no discount and the only benefit I had is no longer available and Macy’s didn’t even make me aware, and I haven’t gotten a single raise for being here over a year or for this extra responsibility. Everyday is a fight to not just leave those doors because the managers love to put those extra tasks on me. Oh you leave in 2 minutes, how about you cover shoes while non of the shoes employees are no where to be seen. I’m so done with this company, I feel like I’m being scammed and I would also like to know how I can properly report a manager as they are having “conversations” with me like once an hour to make sure I understand what I’m supposed to do for the 5th fu--ing time that day or I get talked to for ringing at the register.

OMG run. It's a trap. Do NOT expect or ask for the training, technology or time to focus on Customer Experience. And whatever you do, DO NOT fill out or turn in a Pulse Survey, just don't. Trust me. What a nightmare. That job is a dumpster fire.

How about you say 'Unfornately I have a commitment after work and need to leave as scheduled'. And you have that commitment every time someone asks
