Note a woke work force is a diversified workforce. A diversified work force is easier to manipulate than a non diversified one. Example all born in the USA. Walmart in trouble means Doug probably will hit PPTO AGAIN!

I remember when I was working at Walmart corporate a few years ago. We had a company-wide anti-bias training with corporate HR. They said how we need to make more space for diversity. Someone asked a questions, saying that when a minority was interviewing that they got really excited, and asked if that is something they should be careful of. The HR lady said "No, keep being excited, and tell all your coworkers to be excited too." My hispanic and black workers sitting next to me just grimaced at the high level of cringe. Bias training is to remove both negative AND positive biases. Glad they made the minority hires feel like they were only there for their skin color while making any non-minority feel marginalized. Glad I'm out.

Just look at the J6ers and the Proud Boys and tell me if they’re not easy to manipulate lol… WMT HO if full of quietly racist people from AR and surroundings who’ve resented DEI for years. Luckily they’re the ones getting laid off first as they’re basically just old furniture.

DEI is dead and people will just have to accept that. Grassroot American values are the only way forward. Whether Walmart wants to admit it or not there will likely be a store that unionizes or at least tries to if it doesn’t get shut down. Fair wages will be paid for the first time since the companies inception. $15 an hour just won’t cut it.
