I joined the TH today with an open mind only to hear the leaders laughing and being unprofessional. Guess they didn’t know the microphones were open or they just didn’t care. Shocked to hear inappropriate jokes from at least two leaders that talk about holding others to account. So disheartening. There should be an investigation and consequences.

Absolutely unempathetic TH. I bet you they were speaking of off teleprompter. All the recent THs have been nothing be tone deaf. Orlando's from Chicago was a bit egoistic one. Commonality between all and the attitude shown is so what we got strategy wrong let's look forward. And those that are responsible for it gets a clean slate to draw a yet new strategy without any repercussions for failing last time and the peeps at lower levels are to blame and weeded out.
bait or not, doesn't change how we feel about the whole lot. i'll buy a torch and pitchfork if this doesn't get f'in solved by the lt or board or an outside company.

Imagine for a moment you gave specific detail rather than your thoughts and feelings? What specifically was said? Ffs. This board is full of the reason bp is going through a tough time. Learn to listen, capture and relay. You’ve given zero actual intel. Just your opinion which I wouldn’t value if you paid me double.

Despicable and tone deaf behavior. It's like their ignorance of the anxiety of those in attendance. But... what you're seeing is how they feel... their jobs have been secured and they're having a good old time. Sorry for you all.
Use the anonymous Open Talk. Then it will at least be documented
The sad thing is that if there was a hostile takeover, and the LT was replaced, the lot of them would end up in other highly paid cushy jobs. Their behaviour at the TH is ignorant, lacking in empathy and is the action of spoilt brats for whom nobody other than them exists. A letter of complaint to a member of the Board might help, but preferably not HL because he is useless.
This ENTIRE lt needs to be switched out. I've never rooted for a hostile takeover harder. At least they'll be f'ing competent
