For all those Pat haters still at Intel... you'll be happy to see Tan back. After all, he resigned because he thought Pat's cuts were too tame, and not enough. So now he has carte blanche to "pow-pow" as many people as he wants... hopefully, he'll start with sweater boy and his crew, and then move on to TMG/IFS mgmt. I would say about a 90% cut on each would be a good start... and increase from there! Yay!

RTO doesn't work if we can't even get our desk back permanently and without proper equipment set up. I was just told by our management that only selected few can get permanent setup approved. There is no budget.
He is a man of action. He will not succeed with the current ELT. Pat's Clan + DZ + AK + McKinsey guy + their cronies, they all need to be replaced with people of substance who can change the culture and execute. He needs to shed a lot of intel fat and get it resized quickly.
