Thread regarding Phillips 66 layoffs

Can’t Get a Straight Answer

Dealing with HR here at Borger Refinery has never been very productive. Now, with BT it’s a complete waste of time.
They never give out good information. They’re always very vague and secretive.

I can’t speak for onsite HR, but if you need help you might try calling or chatting HR connections. They will definitely do their best to help you!

Thier issue is that they sit in their own hall away from the working people. They believe they are better than everyone else. Everyone knows the only friend labor relations has is the Union Chairman and her precious Cupcake. Definitely 2 faced. Her ex administration assistant left because of her toxicity. Its always say one thing, do the opposite. Oh, and if you have a legitimate question or concern well, you may want to call HR connections for an answer.

Maybe the problem is that you aren’t asking a question.

Can’t get a straight answer on what?

HR could care less. Their job security is through firing and hiring.

Recently any HR process has been wildly slow. Feels like one of those "you get what you pay for" situatuons. Did BT give that group that big of a hit?
