This “America uber alles” Trumpism may work on Fox News and among the Coors-swigging hillbil--es who lick his boots, but it won’t work in Corporate America. The world knows that the American workforce is by and large overpaid, over entitled and under delivering. And, let’s face it, full of whiners.
Ultimately, why would you pay a whinging yank who won’t come to the office when you can get 3 folk in Bangalore for the same price who will actually appreciate the job and get it done?

Many of them are not in office yet. American jobs are moved there but a lot of them dont want to even come, take free money? Hr is quiet too. Means employment laws are protecting? Whats goin on?
They want rid of you as an I9 in India gets the same salary as a new college hire in the USA.
my two levels up management are all at India, they want to get rid of us when they compare their comp to our comp, it's ridiculous they disregard difference on living standard
The Indians aren't adhering to the 5 day RTO policy. I think they feel it doesn't apply to them.
The issue is jobs have been flowing to every lower cost country for decades. If they come back, prepare to pay higher prices.
No problem, take it if you have enough money to pay for these jobs ;)
