Blunder of Tech industry. Person X was a Principal engineer at company A. Person X joins company B (somewhat competitor of company A) and praise about technology and processes in company B. Why the he-l Person X didn't try to improve technology and process in company A ? What was stopping Person X ? He enjoyed all the good pay package , perks, rsus , stocks, severance of company A for so long and later goes to company B. What a mo--n and je-k.....how can you trust these snakes in Tech industry ? It is worst than prost---tion.....

TAM’s in Europe and Germany are next in line where organisation is moving to partner's. There no redundancy package one time separation bonus or an under payed offer partner's take it or leave it (Never say Never) from HT now gets a meaning.

Next are SAM’s from the other regions after VCF9 it would be complete support operations moving to partners. (Never say Never) take a separation package or take an underpaid offer’s till you find a new job.

People thinking of the complete RSU vesting is just a myth. It’s just Never for Never enjoy while it lasts.

The slum dogs are still chewing on the bone. The junior staff that do the work has been cut and still being cut. Of course the dogs like to chew on bone. Only the fat is still there. It is not sustainable. It will collapse.

My customers tell me that they are on a 2 year notice to get out of VMware. Most employees are on a 2 year notice to get out. Like mainframes business they don't need so much R&D.

HT made 1 billion last year. He will make 1 billion this year. That is it. There are no plans for the future.

I sold my house. Too risky as housing prices are going down. I sold my car. Used car prices are going down. Sold my stocks. Stocks are going down. I bought a van. Vans are cheaper because the pandemic van lifers are selling cheap. HT can fire me anytime. I just need 1000 per month to survive. Bring it on. Burn it down. MAGA.

Copy - paste…

Why is this question continuously asked here? YES there are more layoffs coming. First, Broadcom chases profit and often does so through acquisition. Everyone is subject to being cut at any time to make the acquisition attainable. Second, Broadcom doesn’t care about making good products or delivering good services, those are byproducts of the primary goal of making profit. Have you ever heard anyone sing the praises of Broadcom that isn’t a chump plant? Third, Broadcom doesn’t give a cr*p about their employees - you are a tool to make profit and to be disposed of when needed. Last, Broadcom is getting ready for another acquisition that they can squeeze for profit before rinsing and repeating the entire process again described above. If you want to work for a company that values its people and isn’t majority incompetent layoff survivors that lick management’s boots while holding on for dear life chasing the next RSU bribe, look elsewhere.

Now watch as Broadcom’s little paid trolls zero out this post’s likes. That alone tells you everything you need to know about their ethics and morals - chasing profit above all else.
