It was years ago. We were able to participate in buying company stock. Let the employees put money in to the company they believe in. That died 10 years 15 years ago. But as an employee I still believe the company had potential to grow. He was on the track of 15 18 $20. I saw the stock at 86 cents last year. I've lost some private investment. While I was working there. I'm a firm believer and debt ratio. These people are going to steal your life and your career so they can get rich. We've had several rough years inflation has been tough. I understand a 2% pay raise does not cover a 7% inflation rate. As Chuck I'm sure he's got it all figured out he runs the company doesn't he. If not go to human resources they run the company. Supervisors managers have no say so and decisions that are made. But let's make sure the dei guy who's making over a hundred grand a year he gets fired first to try and put people into jobs they can't do based on color s-xuality or religion.

Love it when someone vents but then makes a fools of themselves 🤣
Yes CS su-ks and so does this post.
Ironic that a company filled to the brim with military dei hires has such an issue with dei. 😂
Wow another trump bootlicker blaming dei and hr for a failed company. You guys grow on trees or something out there in Catawba?
Cool story bro
If you need around the block, you’d know Investing in CommScope is a d-mb mistake.
Never buy stock in the place you work. As they slowly go bankrupt, you lose your job and your investment simultaneously. If they grant you stock, sell it and take the money.
