I know folks in India that were let go this week in ISG development areas. The manager didn't even know it was coming, taken by surprise. This is all happening at a much higher level.
Its been made pretty clear that my department is getting cut, but not when. I honestly expected to get canned on Monday but it didn't happen. I'd be shocked if I actually got my bonus next week.
It’s remote focused. All remotes will be let go by the end of 2025. This is from a very high level source.
It's hard to know where the layoffs are happening at any given time unless a large area gets hit and people talk and report it. But otherwise yes, like the other guy said it's monthly more often than not across Dell.
