Thread regarding Optum layoffs

I just recently left landmark , I completed 21/36 months and they are now asking for payback of sign on bonus, they push us out so we want to quit and now I have to pay them back…

Getting layed off last August after 12 years there was a blessing. Will never work for them again as they don’t care about their employees or the patients just the bottom$$$$$$$

Landmark RIF scheduled for tomorrow 4/10/2025, meeting set for 11:30( two different ones).

I thought Landmark was being phased out and phased into Optum. There have been so many changes since optum bought Landmark, the services offered to patients is not what Landmark offered. And now with them cutting out face to face on call there is nothing left.

I left Optum a year early (in 2021) due to ethical reasons (I was an NP in ISNP) and never had to pay back my bonus. I ended up joining landmark (which was then bought by landmark). I left the company for good in Jan 2025 after all the signs pointed for me to get out before another round of layoffs happened (which they did and affected some LM NPs I know).

Does anyone know who will be included in LM layoffs for the next round?

I only know of one case of person leaving during sign on bonus period and the company didn't even bother asking for prorated amount back.

I suspect SW’s will be laid off on 4/17

Does anyone know a person in Landmark that has quit and not paid back sign on bonus. I want to leave but I can’t afford to pay them back

Hearing yes another one is coming but exactly when is up in the air. Changing EHRs soon is the word so who knows how that will play out.

I know they don't tell us till last min but sometimes there are leaks here is the only reason I ask.

The only ones who know that information are at the very top. They keep it under wraps until the last second.
