What part of meritocracy is not clear to you, you d-mb motherfukkers?
How do leaders decide who gets how much money? Have the rules changed? When you are considered a high performer by your peers and not by your manager, something is not adding up.
Yes managers are told not to give everyone 100%
Has anyone received their personal modifier yet? On an all hands today, it was stated that even if you had a strong year, if you may still receive a reduced modifier when being compared to your peers.
Seems like a change from the past where most (if not all) just got 100% if they met their goals.
