Here is what these absolute geniuses did in storage. First, they pushed out two people and replaced them with 4. Brilliant. Let’s pay 4 people’s salaries instead of 2. They did this also to fulfill a “spans and layers” HR policy. Gotta have 12 people reporting to you at that level. So that’s genius.
Then, 2 of the 4 people they PROMOTED!! Others can’t get a promotion but if you’re in the inner circle you can.
Finally, you couldn’t have picked two of the worst people to run storage. Ignorant, arrogant, foolish, socially blind.
This company is half-way under water, the orchestra is playing and the captains are going down with the ship.
What’s the goal? To just utterly destroy the company? Dell is a fantastic story of what not to do when running a company.
The only thing you need to do next is hire Elon and that will put the cherry on top.
