All this nitpicking just makes everything worse. Maybe the higher-ups need to feel like they matter. Maybe they just love having control. whatever it is, it sure is not making work better. People are on edge, always waiting for the next pointless correction. It ki-ls focus. It drains energy. and nothing runs smoother. When will they realize this is not helping?

OMG! I was just talking about this with my family and friends. It is rough right now. I have super micromanaging going on with multiple meetings, trackers, unnecessary PPTs, Teams pining, and a double dose of crazy. I want to escape the madness. I can barely get work done with all the micromanagement and system issues. All of this is having a negative impact on productivity and morale.
