If everyone would refuse to comply, RTO would go away.
Why aren't we doing this? Seriously, what could they do if we all just continued to WFH?

From an early age, Americans are conditioned to consume. More possessions often lead to more debt, trapping many in a cycle they can’t easily escape. The reality is, for most people, it’s not just a matter of choice - it’s a system designed to keep them spending. They are bound to their financial obligations and must comply. The billionaires know this, they control your reality.
Because they will get rid of you if you don’t comply. This should be a wake up call for people to save as much money as you can. I’ve seen people let go and realize they can’t weather the layoff. It’s not good.
I have an hr ticket open to revert me to remote and it's gone back and forth with my mgr. My Google time supports this. I have not been to the office yet. We shall see what happens.

Do the needful and approach your office as instructed. The boss is simply asking for your labour in the company facility before they add more headcount in Bangalore

What do we have to lose? They are dying to send all of our jobs offshore.
