What an unpleasant few months waiting for the so called consultation to end. Everything su-ks about Cargill, I agree with all these posts. I’d hate to still be there pretending I care. There’s nothing functional about this company. Needless stuff happening everywhere for fear of keeping up appearances. It creates more complexity but basic problems exist everywhere. Cargill2030 is already old news and imo achieved nothing. They evidently made a mess of it all. When basics dint work nothing does. Keep spending money on McKinsey and other vendors to find the answers

Would rather sand my nuts with 60 grit sandpaper- then submerge the jewels in rubbing alcohol… than work for Cargill.
There are more people on here that are current employees including myself. People laid off have clearly moved on and are much happier.
Time to move on folks. You’re being consumed by the company that laid you off. Forget about them.
The strategy should really be ‘if u fu-k up, u get thrown out’
Then none of the current leaders at the top would be here today and we would actually have a normal functioning place to work

Does anyone know what the Cargill2030 strategy actually is?? I'm still trying to make sense of all of this other than "lay off random people to save money".
