Retail managers are absolutely useless.
They are more worried about their fantasy football, then managing the associates! So sad to see a once thriving company, become a nothing matters company.
Majority are just here for the paycheck until it ends!
I’m here to tell you most of these leaders don’t work or aren’t working. Go take a look and see who is stuck on yellow all day. Do it now and see what I’m talking about. The good ones are all gone.
Inside AVP is a dull dou--e canoe. That wack a-s co-k su---r is full of himself. Weirdo would be a star on Beavis and Bu-----d. Uhhh a hhhhhhhuu. Dweeb. How these guys get here vs people trying to climb the ladder is absolutely amazing.
W on the SDS side is terrible. Should never have been made a sales leader. She is a gossip and can not be trusted. Amazing how egos of VPs promote based on who is kissing their you know what.
CL has never brought any real value. Just looks at reports. His work life balance is way more life than work and does not engage with his teams in a meaningful way. Many of his managers are mirrors of this behavior. He can talk the talk doesn’t walk the walk.
