Just saw on LI several posts from yesterday where the whole Talent Acquisition team in the US was laid off yesterday. Predicted here by several people. Probably more hiring to be done offshore than in US in the near future.

Most of the jobs will reside in lower-cost countries, with a skeleton crew of leftovers in the U.S. market. It's the only way to make this turn-around effective and long-lasting
The MD in India has been there since 2007. And the talent is already 50-60% in India. The reason they laid off the talent acquisition team is that they are cutting the company down so they don't need a team to hire people for a while. They can go with a different team in 6 months.
you dont need talents to double a price and sell the same product over and over again
