Those of us who were hired prior to the 2019 were lied to…given a set of values and false expectations of a company built on integrity and doing the right thing. But the bottom line is the ELT and HR Employee Relations sold their souls for a few pieces of silver and what was once a reputable business has become a laughingstock of mismanagement.
