No, not a fan of MB. Sales leading the group is concerning as the focus will be sales first, quality second.
Definitely too soon to tell. Will she have a more forward and progressive mindset or will she be a continuation of the old guard? And will Carlos’ new role have influence in her decision making? Will she make change for the sake of putting her stamp on things or will she be more thoughtful in how she proceeds. Will she be like Carlos, focusing solely on shareholders or will she balance shareholder profits with valuing employees as intricate assets and parts of the equation? Ask this question after she’s in place a good 6 months at least.
