Hockey BU?
Has anyone checked the BU’s check marks ? There’s more corporate floaters than the coast guard. No one is a specialist , all are “yes” men/women. All of them.
There will be just be a shuffle, the same shuffle that brought them to the BU.
No one is good at what they do/did. No one ever lived on the ice in a rink or played.
It’s like everything else. Say nothing. Get promoted. Agree. Get promoted. Hire that check the HR box. A bunch of BS.
Doubtful on no layoffs. We gave up the contract to one of the big 4 pro sports leagues without even trying to get a favorable deal. The hockey BU is going to have a lot less work to handle coming soon.
I don't buy the "no layoffs" claim one bit.
