All complaints are in vain

Successful companies carefully analyze the feedback they receive from their employees, while unsuccessful companies ignore all the complaints. The leadership of unsuccessful companies thinks that they are infallible, that they always make the best decisions and that all employees are replaceable including the best ones. That's why there is no point in complaining about anything at Rezi, because all suggestions fall on deaf ears.

It’s not falling on deaf ear. A select number of employees pillaging the company are making sure no complain that could highlight their deed and mismanagement are heard….
We all know who they are … little wannabe VPGM that are software directors (how they moved from QA janitor is a mystery) or PMO / software fellows that push for all fellows from HON to be sent to Bangalore for training….
