I was able to do my own thing during COVID and RTO 3 days could be played but RTO 5 days is ki-ling me. I could do my wood working during Teams calls but now my manager is making core hours we must be onsite. I just want to be left alone so that I can do my own stuff. Dell isn't compatible with my life style anymore.

WRONG! RTO is back because leading companies are doing it and Dell is a follower. Also, it’s a stealth layoff. It has nothing at all to do with employee behavior or productivity.
