Am I the only one who's lost all motivation since the five-day RTO kicked in? Not only do I not feel like going in, I don’t feel like working at all. Tasks that used to take 15 minutes now take an hour. And this is just the beginning! I’ve never felt like this before.

I wasn’t motivated before the RTO so, no real difference.
Sure but did you get to collaborate with some people you don’t even know?
I hate driving in to the office.
And I’ll miss the lunchtime trysts with my neighbor who also works from home. Double morale ki-ler.
rushed in for 8am zoom calls with our India counterparts. This job is so thrilling.
I lost all motivation about 18 months ago when our leadership has had nothing but shake ups, we have no direction strategically and our leadership has shown they’re the least technical, worst set of leaders that have ever been with the company. RTO is the last thing they should be focused on. How about they come up with a strategy? Let’s start there. Laying people off isn’t a strategy either. That’s called “flailing”.
Ya, feel like Peter Gibbons

But but but by being physically in office, you can now do in a 3 minute conversation what would have taken DAYS or WEEKS using dell’s technology!
