Did anyone from ISG FSDS get their annual compensation reviews done? Or atleast had performance reviews talks done with their manager?
How much was the hike? Since it seems ISG is hiring and it did well this year.

All tech is a dumpster fire right now. All due to AI bubble bursting. Be patient and ride it out the best you can. If you have a gig do what you have to to hang into it for 2025. Better times always come
Managers don’t get compensation statements until the 12th, so anything anyone else is saying is a lie, or based on unconfirmed submission by a manager.
6 % raise. Been in isg support for 14 + years. Had a raise every year.... if you work had and keep learning. Make your self valuable and you will be just fine
Not sure what part of ISG you are in, but in my part there's no hiring going on and nearly 1/3 of my team has been let go.
Don't sweat it. In a few months you will be counting coins in your sofa to buy bread. Things are changing so fast. Mark my words. I am sc--wed as well but prepared with my Trump watches. You are too needful to post silly dreams of good reviews and moving up where you seem to be now.
