Thread regarding Waters Corp. layoffs

Rules for thee, not for me

Why even bother with asking everyone to come back to office in person when leadership doesn’t even follow them? Many “leaders” preach ‘in-office collaboration’ but barely show up themselves—meanwhile, their pals skip in-person work entirely and get zero flak and also get promoted for not showing up for work. Rules for us, free pass for their crew. Hypocrisy much? Anyone else seeing this cr-p at their job?

For someone who doesn't work here anymore you have an unhealthy preoccupation with how waters does business

So many employees who are overly loyal to leadership often avoid working, escape accountability, and are disproportionately rewarded. It feels as though various teams are managed like crime syndicates. Glad I don’t work there anymore.
