Seriously, no more layoffs? Who in charge said that? They have been happening for weeks and still are in Risk and Wealth at least. Small layoffs, a few here and there have been on-going for a long time.

Word is no more layoffs were planned but the felon in chief’s tanking of the economy and the markets have provided an opportunity to slash and burn further. This is of course precisely the wrong thing to do but I’ve heard as many as 15K ex Banamex will get shown the door.
Good news is that it won’t just be Citi. Suppose it could be bad news though if you plan on seeking a job somewhere else.
