Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

This team of mo--ns who have people in position who dont know basic excell and trying to get rid of talent . Sad as i am one of the victims.

just a heads up when posting here or on other social media:

hr might keep an eye on posts as those are usually public, but they don’t actually own any of those platforms and can't delete the content.

all they can do is report a post if it's illegal or violates the site’s rules. only if the post really breaks those rules will the site owners/moderators delete it.

so, when posting, be smart - avoid using f-words or personal insults. don’t call out people who aren’t in the c-suite, and if you're critiquing managment, focus on their work abilities, not their looks or personality. that way, chances for your post to be nuked are slim to none.

I’m willing to give Mike a chance after the past 5 years it certainly couldn’t get any worse. I think he is smart enough to figure out who the cancers within the company are. It’s WAY too top heavy and not enough back office folks actually doing the work.

Gibbons is god awful. There’s nothing sincere or endearing about the man. It’s amazing how poorly led we are.

It sales, but work heavily with them, it really doesn’t seem like a collection of unimpressive folks.

We can't afford to make any sales in FIG. Our conversion team is too busy with de-converting banks that are leaving Fiserv. That is where the real money is, separation penalties.

Keep posting, until Mike Lyons notices and makes sweeping changes! FIG is a MESS because of Gibbons and his cronies. Blind leading the blind.
